Fairtrade Unisex Samurai Sunset Organic Cotton T-shirt

Size Guide

Our unisex Samurai Sunset t-shirts are designed in-house and hand-printed onto 100% organic cotton, Fairtrade Earth Positive t-shirts that are super soft, high quality and climate neutral (they're manufactured using energy generated by wind and solar power). The water-based inks we use are vibrant and long-lasting (please see our care instructions below) and don't harm the environment.

The Design

The design features the silhouette of a samurai, wielding his katana sword in the Seigan No Kamae or 'calm posture' - against the backdrop of a fiery setting sun. The artwork covers the front of the tee and its distressed look echoes the texture of traditional wood-block prints.

Size Information

Please note that our Samurai Sunset tees come in American sizes and so are fairly generous so please review the measurements below before ordering.

XS 37.5"/ 96cm 26"/ 66cm

L 44"/ 112cm 28.25"/ 72cm

Care Information

The water-based inks we use are harmless to the environment, but they do require some care to keep your tee looking its vibrant best. We recommend always washing your t-shirt inside out and at a maximum temperature of 30°C.

Vintage Sizing and Measurements

Vintage sizing and modern sizing can be very different. Because of this, we provide detailed measurements of all vintage clothing to help you determine whether or not a garment will fit correctly. An assessment of the estimated modern size will be noted, as well as any sizes on the tag, but please refer to measurements to best determine fit.

A good way to determine fit:

* Find a similar item in your wardrobe.
* Measure it according to our measurement guidelines.
* Compare your measurements to those of the vintage item you are interested in.
* You're done. If it's a good fit, make it yours!

We do occasionally pin clothing to fit our models, so please read all measurements carefully. We do not accept returns for vintage merchandise that does not fit. If you have any questions about our sizing/measurements, please contact us at info@meroretro.com.
